Our History
Shona started Shonamac.com in 2002 after the birth of her second daughter and giving up her career in the City. For the next 12 years, she built up the UK’s biggest online dress agency (and had two sons) – auctioning preloved clothes and accessories through Ebay. Over that time we auctioned over 31,000 items worth over £1.3m. In the summer of 2014, the demand for “buy it now” prompted the re-launch of the site, offering buyers the best of both worlds – the ability to buy immediately, or wait and bid at auction.
