We aim to send any item out the day of purchase - though we are closed on Mondays and there is no courier collection service at weekends. We use UPS, Evri or Royal Mail depending on the item's value, destination and weight.
Note that if you are outside the UK you will be liable for any local taxes and customs duties payable on delivery.
We will always send you an email with with the tracking reference for your parcel so if it hasn’t arrived, please do check online as often a delivery has been attempted but perhaps no card has been left. But please get in touch if you have any problems and we will do what we can to help.
If an items is bought online then you have 14 days to return it to the shop however we please ask that you let us know as soon as possible after receipt. If returning an item please make sure the tag is intact and that the item is in the same condition as it was sent. We will process your refund as soon as the item is received, however we do not refund return postage.
If you are returning an item because it is defective in some way (we are very vigilant with our listings but mistakes do sometimes happen) then we will refund your postage.
Items bought in the Bellevue Rd store cannot be returned unless a prior arrangement has been made with the shop staff.
