Shipping
We aim to send any item out within 36 hours of receiving an order, but the vast majority of the time we send out the same working day - though we are closed on Mondays. For UK buyers we offer a Royal Mail service to arrive within 5 business days or UPS for a 1-2 day service. We use UPS or Royal Mail for overseas buyers - and deliveries are normally within a week. Note that if you are overseas you will be liable for any local taxes and customs duties payable on delivery.
We will always provide you with the tracking reference for your parcel so if it hasn’t arrived, please do check online as often a delivery has been attempted but perhaps no card has been left. But please get in touch if you have any problems and we will do what we can to help.

Returns
If an item is not suitable or it does not fit, we are happy for you to return it, providing you let us know within 3 days of receipt. We would then ask you to return it as soon as possible - and no later than within 14 days (please us a tracked and insured service). All items are sent our tagged and these tags must still be attached to the item in order for us to process your return. Once we have safely received and checked your item we will refund you the cost of the item. We do not refund the cost of postage.
If an item is returned as it has been misdescribed (such as the wrong size or the item is damaged) then please let us know immediately. We try to be extraordinarily vigilant however we are human and we do make the occasional error. In such cases we will happily refund the return postage.
