Beautiful necklace with faceted crystal beads in a gold tone setting. The mesh chain means the piece sits beautifully at the neck. It measures 34-40cm in length with a maximum drop of 10cmMarked "Alice Caviness". Circa 1950. Perfect condition and looks unworn. Mid century design at it's finest!
Alice Caviness, who entered the fashion industry as a model, established her own apparel company in New York City. Her company began to manufacture and import costume jewelry and accessories to complement her fashions in the 1940s. The business became known for its bold, colorful offerings with quality stones.

Shipping
We charge £7.50 for expedited delivery in the UK. Overseas shipping will be calculated at checkout. We use UPS, Evri and Royal Mail depending on the size, value and delivery address.
Size Conversions
To try and help you navigate the sizing minefield we have sized all our items according to fit - from XXS to XXL. So if an item fits small or large - we will size it accordingly to who will fit it best. If an item is cut very generously, or it's "one size fits all" then we will label it in more than one size. So a sweater may well be labelled a UK10 but if it's a very generous fit then we may label it as S/M/L. We hope this helps.
